A crossfit approach to life

We all know people who seem to perform whatever the odds. Who cut through adversity like a hot knife through butter and don´t seem capable of the thought “give up”.

We also all know people who can perform at a high level as long as everything goes their way and the pressure is off. But, as soon as the stakes go up they lose it.

The difference between the two may be almost impossible to detect in favourable circumstances but is clearly visible in action in a demanding situation. In a survival situation it may be the difference between life and death and in every-day life the difference between achieving your goals or not.

This difference is partly attitude and partly a set of skills, both of which can be trained. So, building a cross-fit approach to life is something that should be part of your training regimen right alongside of your pull-ups, double-unders and Olympic lifts!
